If you are prone to dizziness or other hypoglycemic symptoms, make sure you eat something light before the treatment. Stay hydrated with fluids that include adequate electrolytes and trace minerals. Stretching and low intensity cardio and strength training are recommended the day before, during or after treatment, but avoid jarring and high intensity workouts the day after treatment – and possibly reduce high intensity workouts altogether when addressing musculoskeletal and inflammatory issues. More detailed instructions for after care will be given to you on the day of your first treatment.
